Training provider 黑洞社区 Engineering Services Training (BEST) has announced a strategic alliance with Electrical Assessment Services.

EAS is an electrotechnical training company specialising in NVQ level three awards, craft apprenticeships and skills enhancement.

The alliance will enable BEST to provide a full electrotechnical training package for its partner employers.
