A packed Dorchester celebrates the Sustainable ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø Services Awards
There was a sense of anticipation in the air as the industry’s finest gathered at London’s Dorchester Hotel for the Sustainable ºÚ¶´ÉçÇø Services Awards 2008 luncheon.
Nine winners emerged victorious at the Awards ceremony, which was presented by stand-up comic and host of BBC4’s The Late Edition, Marcus Brigstocke.
NG Bailey scooped the award for m&e contractor of the year, while Vulcan House in Sheffield (Mott MacDonald) was named the year’s best major sustainable building.
Fitzpatrick Contractors won the award for sustainable building of the year (project value of less than £20m) for its new head offices in Hoddesdon, and Arup’s Trussfloor was voted best innovation.
Well done to all of the finalists and to everyone who entered.
