Consultant will be employer鈥檚 agent on 拢30m secondary school project in Bracknell

Consultant McBains Cooper has won a role on a 拢30m secondary school in Bracknell, which is part of the 黑洞社区 Schools for the Future programme.

The firm has been appointed employer鈥檚 agent on the new Garth Hill College by Bracknell Forest council.

The scheme includes four teaching blocks, new sports fields, car parking and landscaping to the north of Bracknell town centre.

Construction on the first phase is due to start this month and complete in time for the 2010/11 school year. Phase two, which includes demolition of the existing buildings, is expected to complete in summer 2011.
