Firm says income set for double-digit rise this year and hit 拢550m
McAleer & Rushe said it is expecting turnover to hit 拢550m this year in latest accounts filed at Companies House.
The residential specialist said income last year was up 13% to 拢491m with pre-tax profit up 46% to 拢16m.
The firm, which is extending its London headquarters at Drury Lane, said revenue this year was set to hit 拢550m.
In a statement, Eamonn Laverty, group chief executive, said: 鈥淲e have seen a notable uplift in the build-to-rent and private sale markets, while 2024 has also marked growth in the later living sector, a strategic area of opportunity for the business going forward.鈥
Among the firm鈥檚 wins last year were a 拢225m residential scheme in Bermondsey, south-east London, and a 拢110m student housing job at Crutched Friars in the City.
McAleer & Rushe said cash at the bank was up a third to 拢71m with the average number of employees at the business rising 7% to 384 last year.
