Everbrite Windows and Doors has moved to a modern factory, designed by Duraflex, to enable production to expand to 1000 frames a week.

The company renewed its partnership with Duraflex in 2004 after four years with another PVC-U systems supplier. Everbrite fabricates the Bevelled and Featured Diamond Suites as well as now taking on Duraflex鈥檚 factory. The new 拢2.2 million manufacturing plant is located in Harlow and took over a year to design.

The premises occupy 1.5 acres and provide 18,000 square feet of factory floor space and 2,000sqft of office accommodation.

The purpose built plant features a streamlined production line intended to increase efficiency and output, and special ducting for electrics and air circulation have been included in the design. There is dedicated access for loading profile directly onto the production line, for transferring glass into the processing area and for receiving hardware deliveries and trade collections.
