Global construction consulting firm Hill International has hired Dr Kay Halm as vice president of the company鈥檚 project management group.

Based at the firm鈥檚 Athens office in Greece, Halm will be responsible for Hill鈥檚 European environmental schemes.

With a doctorate in geosciences, Halm has over 20 years experience in the environmental field having worked on often complex schemes, sometimes under difficult social and political conditions in over 30 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
