EIC has started work on its largest m&e project to date at Stockwell Park High School in Lambeth, south London.
The design-and-build contract is worth 拢6.2 million.
The overall 黑洞社区 Schools for the Future scheme will cost 拢28 million and include an amphitheatre, gardens and a sensory area for children with special needs.
It has received an 鈥榚xcellent鈥 rating from the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE).
Electrical services installation will include main switchgear, electrical distribution system and small power. EIC will also be responsible for lighting and window control, public address and fire alarm systems, data communications and IT.
The mechanical fit-out will incorporate low-temperature hot water heating, ventilation, dx cooling, automatic controls and drainage. Work is due to be completed by November 2010.
