12.30PM Sealey to join client as construction manager

Developer Castlemore Securities has appointed former Faithful+Gould senior project manager Keith Sealey as construction manager. He was at F+G for three years, where he worked with several clients including the University of Leicester, RREEF and De Vere Hotels and Leisure, project managing new build and refurbishment projects.

Keith previously spent eight years with Mitchell & Butlers and also worked with Bovis Homes and the West Midlands Health Authority.

Mike Jones, construction director at Castlemore, said: "This is an exciting time for Castlemore. We are continuing to win major regeneration projects, as well as acquiring several new investment sites, with more in the pipeline, allowing us the opportunity to utilise our in-house specialist teams. Keith's skills and experience will prove invaluable at this time of growth for the company."
