Richard Carter

Rok has promoted Carter to head of its social housing operations across Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset. He has more than 30 years鈥� experience in the industry and has been at the firm for seven years.

Brian Flannery

Mansell has appointed Flannery as regional managing director of its Enfield business, which operates in the northern Home Counties and Essex. Flannery will be charged with growing Mansell鈥檚 operations in the region.

Robert Vigar

Galliford Try鈥檚 building arm has appointed Vigar as operations director working from the division鈥檚 main base at Uxbridge, Middlesex. Vigar joins from Willmott Dixon and schemes under his new remit include the Leigh City Academy in Kent.

Steve Bolton

Southdale Homes has taken on Bolton as operations director to develop the firm鈥檚 plans to expand in the north of England. He will also oversee the construction team at Southdale, focusing on delivery, quality and health and safety.

Ian Galloway has become programme director for Olympic delivery partner CLM. Julia Deans has joined Miller Developments as a development surveyor to work in the team specialising in its mixed-use and change of use developments in Scotland and the north of England. Lynn Macgregor is the new group finance director at John Laing. Healy Kelly Turner & Townsend has appointed Garrett Dorman as associate director to lead the consultant鈥檚 push into Ireland. Dick Myhehan is the new health and safety manager at Morrison Construction while Matt Bennett becomes a project manager.
