Bennetts Associates Architects has completed a new 600-bedroom hotel in the City of London for former City Inn group Mint Hotels. The nine-storey, 拢65m Mint Hotel Tower of London was built by Laing O鈥橰ourke with Buro Happold and Faber Maunsell as consulting engineers.
