Legrand has bought Electrak for an undisclosed sum, in a move that will increase Legrand鈥檚 range of leading commercial brands and help to drive forward Electrak鈥檚 expansion into overseas markets.

The change of ownership will allow Electrak to tap into Legrand鈥檚 global resources.

The workstation power distribution specialist鈥檚 operations will continue from its existing head office and factory in Consett, County Durham.

The senior management team will also remain in situ in their current roles. This retention aims to maintain levels of product innovation, distribution and customer service.
